We conduct strict quality controls from the moment we receive on our raw materials as well as the control and verification of designs, prototypes and models.

We also conduct strict quality controls in our sand laboratory, from the sand-resin and the molding of parts, to the Induction Funaces metal charge with the spectrometer and the temperature of the metal before pouring. For the quality control of parts, we conduct destructive and non-destructive testing. The non-destructive tests review penetrating stains, magnetic particles, hardness, and dimensional inspection and spectrometry analysis. For the destructive tests a Universal Testing Machine and a complete metallographic laboratory.
